A Well without walls.

The world stood quiet...

The world stands quiet but it's peaceful.

How long could you carry a mountain of glass before it cut you?

I think in life we have to choose either what we need or what we want. Because what we want isn't always what we need.

He stood by me as I rebuilt myself. Maybe he's right in giving me credit but if he doesn't hold the other side of the trophy, then it was pointless.

For a single word, thought or prayer,

A religious person I am not.

But to feel as if there is someone there,

Would give me the mind I sought;

To be clean, to be free,

To escape away the feelings.

Just if I could make me see,

That I am worth the healing.

The Things I Forgot to Remember

I was always afraid of forgetting things. I wanted to remember everything in my life how it was. Like the movie, Inside Out, where I could select which memories to replay and they were accurate. So, whenever I was outwith reach of my notebook, my trusted Notes app would come into play.

A few of these entries are familiar now. After going throught them tonight, my memory has been rejogged. However, I couldn't, and still couldn't tell you exactly what these all mean. My notes app is a brain dump. Some are ideas, some are things people have said and others are random thoughts.

I think it's important to jot down things like this. Even if we don't remember exactly what they mean. Looking back on them feels like trying to solve a very familiar puzzle. Yet I don't have all the pieces.

For my writing, I like to look back on random one-liners and see if there is a story there waiting to be continued. This is my best piece of advice for those who like to write; just because you wrote a nonsensical sentance one day, doesn't mean it won't turn into a wonderous story another day.

To my notes app,

Thank you for being totally and irrevocably stupid. I love you x
